Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times: Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Total time = processing time + shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Tracking: Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Delays: Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help — just reach out.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your carrier first, then email us and we'll do our best to assist.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States.
