If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be in their original condition.

How to start a return

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll send you simple instructions to get your return or replacement started.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no hassle.
